wiebd Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the wiebd platform. All rules regarding accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are detailed here.

Effective Date: Applicable from 1 January 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the wiebd platform and its users ("User" or "Member"). By registering an account on wiebd or using the platform, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

General Provisions

1.1 Platform Overview

wiebd is an online casino and betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. We offer cricket, football, and other sports betting, slots, casino games, and other gaming services. wiebd is committed to maintaining a safe, transparent, and fair gaming environment at all times.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to the wiebd platform's website, mobile version, and services provided through any other channel. wiebd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the platform, and your continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit & Eligibility

To open an account on wiebd and use the platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. wiebd may request valid identification for age verification at any time and reserves the right to suspend or close an account if required.

Each individual may open only one account.
All information provided at registration must be true and accurate.
Accounts opened with false information will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is not allowed. Report any unauthorized access to your account to the wiebd support team immediately. wiebd will not be liable for any loss resulting from a failure to protect account security.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on wiebd is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Supported payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
Deposits must be made only using a payment method registered in your own name.
Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. The same payment method used for the deposit will be given priority for withdrawals.

Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
wiebd reserves the right to request additional verification for suspicious transactions.
Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the member's own name.
Withdrawal requests may be rejected if bonus conditions have not been met.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

wiebd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 (৳1,000 × 15) in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.

Bonuses are generally valid for a set number of days from the date of issue.
Wagering requirements can only be fulfilled on games designated by wiebd.
wiebd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be suspended or closed.

4.3 VIP Program

wiebd's VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier as follows — Bronze: up to 0.2%, Silver: up to 0.4%, Gold: up to 0.6%, and Platinum: up to 0.8%.

Game Playing Rules

5.1 Game Operation & Results

All games on wiebd are operated through the platforms of recognized software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, JILI, PG Soft, and others). Game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fully independent and impartial.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wiebd platform:

Playing games using any software, bots, or automated tools.
Colluding with other players to influence game results.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Unfairly exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical issues.
Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other members.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game or betting session is incomplete due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or any other technical error, wiebd will take action in accordance with the relevant software provider's policy. In such situations, wiebd's decision will be considered final.

Special Rules for Sports Betting

6.1 Betting Markets

wiebd offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Markets are generally built around match results, run/goal totals, handicaps, and similar factors. For example, bets can easily be placed across various markets for international matches such as Bangladesh vs India.

6.2 Bet Cancellation & Review

wiebd reserves the right to cancel or review a bet in the following circumstances:

  • If the organizing authority declares a match cancelled or postponed.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed or unusual bets are accepted due to a system error.
  • If evidence of match-fixing or irregularities in the match is found.
  • If information relating to a betting market is published incorrectly.

6.3 Live Betting

Live betting sessions have limits on accepted bet amounts which may change at any time. A bet may not be accepted during a live market due to technical delays — wiebd is not responsible in such cases.

If a complaint is found to be fraudulent or without basis, restrictions may be placed on the account.

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Account Closure by wiebd

wiebd may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Registering an account with false information.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
  • Legal reasons or instructions from a regulatory authority.

If an account is closed, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, though it may be held while a wiebd investigation is ongoing.

9.2 Account Closure by the Member

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team via live chat or email. Make sure any pending withdrawals are completed before closing your account. Even if you voluntarily close your account, your personal data will be retained for a set period in accordance with legal requirements.

Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service Limitations

wiebd provides services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.

10.2 Disclaimer of Liability for Losses

wiebd is not responsible for any losses caused by technical errors, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or any other uncontrollable circumstances. wiebd will also not accept any liability for personal financial losses arising from gaming or betting — gaming is conducted entirely at your own risk.

10.3 Applicable Law

The applicable law and judicial jurisdiction for the interpretation of these terms and the resolution of any disputes will be determined by wiebd. It is your own responsibility to check and ensure compliance with the local laws of your country.
